Privacy policy

Kitograph is a sports kit archive and collection app made by BohoBytes ("we"). This page explains what we keep about you and why. Questions: support@bohobytes.com.
What we keep
- Your account. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile photo. Apple lets you hide your email; then we only see a relay address. You can add a display name and a username.
- Your locker. Favourites, wishlist and the kits you own, with the details you add (size, name and number, condition, where you bought it, price, notes, "for sale"). This is private: only you can see it.
- Your photos. Photos you add to kits you own are private to you. Photos you send with a suggestion are seen by our admins and, if approved, shown on the kit page credited to your username.
- Suggestions and reports you send, and what our admins decided.
- On your device we store your sign-in session and settings (theme, last sport) so the app works offline and stays signed in.
What we don't do
- No ads, no advertising trackers, no analytics SDKs.
- We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it except with the services below that run Kitograph.
Services that run Kitograph
| Service | What for |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in and photo storage |
| Google Firebase Hosting | Serving the website |
| Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple | Signing you in (we never see your password) |
| Apple App Store, Google Play | Delivering the app |
Why we use it
To provide the app you asked for (your account and locker), to show the public kit catalogue, to review suggestions and reports, and to keep Kitograph safe. We rely on our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can remove any kit, photo or suggestion at any time, and delete your whole account in the app (Account → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your profile, locker, private photos, favourites, wishlist, suggestions and reports. Photos you gave to the public catalogue stay on their kits without your name.
Your choices and rights
- See and download everything we hold about you: Account → Download my data.
- Correct your profile in Account, or delete your account there.
- Depending on where you live you may have further rights (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). Email us and we'll help.
Children
Kitograph isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
