Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026
By using Kitograph you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your Kitograph account. You can delete it at any time in Account.
What you add
- Your locker is yours. We store it so you can use the app.
- When you send a suggestion or a photo for the catalogue, you confirm it's accurate as far as you know and that you took the photo yourself or own the rights to it. You let Kitograph show it in the app and on the website, credited to your username. You can't withdraw a photo once it's in the catalogue, but you can ask us to remove it.
- Don't upload anything offensive, illegal, or someone else's work without permission, and don't use Kitograph to harass anyone.
Moderation
An admin checks every suggestion and photo before it goes live. Anyone can report a photo or a kit. We may remove content and block accounts that break these rules.
The catalogue
Kit information comes from our own research, members' suggestions and open data sources (see Data sources). We try to get it right but can't promise it's complete or error-free. Team names, crests and kit designs belong to their owners; Kitograph is not affiliated with any team, league, federation or kit maker.
Plans
Kitograph is free, with limits (20 kits in your locker, 20 on your wishlist, 2 photos per kit). A paid Pro plan may be offered later; its price and terms will be shown before you buy.
Liability
Kitograph is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@bohobytes.com.
